Amy Agnew is the Director of First Presbyterian Preschool, bringing over 30 years of experience in early childhood education. She holds a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is passionate about creating play-based, relationship-centered environments where young children can thrive. Amy’s leadership is guided by the belief that every child is competent, creative, and deserving of learning experiences that nurture curiosity, independence, and joy.
Originally from Kentucky, Amy has lived in many places across the country, giving her a broad perspective on families and communities. Outside of work, she treasures time with her three grandchildren, who remind her daily of the wonder and delight of early childhood.

Hi, I’m Paige Buck! I’m the Assistant Director at First Presbyterian Preschool of Naples, where I have the joy of supporting our amazing teachers, kids, and families every day. I love being part of a team that helps little ones grow, learn, and feel loved.
I’m a lifelong bookworm and a serious coffee fanatic—there’s always a cup nearby! I moved to Naples two years ago with my husband, Terrell, and our sweet daughter, Maisyn, and we’ve been soaking up the sunshine and community ever since.
When I’m not at the preschool, you’ll likely find me curled up with a good book, exploring local spots with my family, or chasing Maisyn around the beach.
